1.Are the shipping times guaranteed?

When you add an item to your basket, we’ll ask you to choose a shipping speed. We’ll then let you know the estimated arrival date for your item – and that’s something we stand by. Sometimes bad weather or carrier delays can throw a spanner in the works, but if your order doesn’t get to you on time, contact us and we’ll make it right.

2.Why Is There A Pending Charge On My Account?

The pending charge you are seeing on your account is an authorization hold. This hold will drop off your account within 3-5 business days. We’ll only charge when the product ships to you.

3.What if I like a product that’s listed as “Sold Out” online?

Contact us! Many of our products are customized, print to order, besides we restock often. Just drop us a line at [email protected] and we’ll research its status for you.

4.How do i check the status of my order?

To check the status of your order, log in to your account and click into your order to see shipment status & tracking details. If you checked out as a guest, you can view your order status by clicking “View Your Order” on either your order confirmation or shipping confirmation emails.

5.I am with a school. Do you accept purchase orders?

Yes, we accept signed Purchase Orders from approved schools. Please contact our Sales Team at [email protected] to receive instructions on how to be approved and submit your PO.

6.Is all of your merchandise new?

Yes, all of our merchandise is new and not worn.

7.How long will it take to receive my order?

Please note the total time = processing time + shipping time (this does not include any customs delays, weekends, holiday periods and any unforeseen circumstances.)

8.I forgot to add an item to my order or need to change my order. How do I do this?

Unfortunately, there is no way to add an item(s) or change items once your order is placed. If you contact us immediately after placing your order we may be able to cancel your order so that you can re-place a new order including your additional items. If this cancellation is unable to be made prior to processing you will need to place a new order for your additional item(s).

9.What kinds of payment are accepted?

At this time, we accept payment via Paypal (both Paypal account and Credit Card) which is one of the most secured online payment gateway in order for you to make payment through internet.

10.How secure is my personal information?

Your personal information will definitely secure. We will, however, use commercially reasonable security practices to ensure that your personal information is kept confidential and secure, and that the appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent unlawful or accidental destruction, accidental loss, unauthorized disclosure or access or other unlawful forms of processing are implemented. We may share your information with our legally affiliated entities.
